Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Front Desk Duties
- Welcome customers, visitors, and guests to the showroom in a friendly and professional manner.
- Communicate clearly in Russian and English to assist clients with inquiries about vehicles, services, and showroom procedures.
- Answer incoming phone calls, direct them to the appropriate departments, or take messages when necessary.
- Provide basic information on vehicle models, showroom promotions, and available services.
Administrative & Coordination Tasks
- Maintain appointment schedules for sales consultants and service advisors.
- Manage customer registration forms, visitor logs, and showroom documentation.
- Support sales and service teams with clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
Customer Support
- Assist customers while they wait—offering refreshments, guiding them to the lounge area, and ensuring they are comfortable.
- Handle customer complaints courteously and escalate issues to the appropriate manager.
- Provide translations or interpretation for Russian-speaking customers when needed.
Showroom Operations
- Coordinate appointments and ensure proper documentation is completed.
- Update and maintain customer databases for leads and follow-ups.
- Assist with event preparations, vehicle display arrangements, and promotional activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
- Business Administration or Hospitality is an advantage but not required.
- Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role, preferably in an automotive showroom or retail environment.
Skills
Skills & Competencies
- Fluency in Russian (native or near-native) and proficiency in English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
