Office & Trading Trainee

The position is based in Dubai Business Bay, working in the financial sector of an active financial trading company.


The role of Office Trainee in Dubai’s vibrant Business Bay offers an excellent entry point into the world of financial markets and trading. The successful candidate will start on a training program that will allow the individual to demonstrate and prove their ability whilst being empowered to use their initiative to develop and learn within an active office environment. The individual would support daily operations, work directly with the head of operations and learn essential skills for advancing their career.


Main Responsibilities


• Support the daily operational activities of the office during a 12 hour night shift. 

• Tracking global market activities to provide alerts to the head of operations at critical time periods.

• Perform relevant research as directed and provide appropriate reports (training will be provided).  

• Assist with general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning and data entry.

• Support reception activities, including welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, using WhatsApp and distributing correspondence.

• Help maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as required.

• Provide administrative support to organisational colleagues as directed.

• Assist with tasks as required within the organisation

• Uphold confidentiality and comply with company policies and procedures at all times.


Working Conditions

  • Location: Business Bay, Dubai.
  • Working hours: Full time 12 hour night shift pattern to be discussed and confirmed.
  • Office-based position with opportunities with training that ensures continuous personal development.
  • Non-smoking office environment, not suitable for smoking candidates.

Qualifications & Experience


  • Recent school leaver or graduate (high school diploma or equivalent required).
  • No prior office experience necessary; training will be provided.
  • Interest in developing a career associated with financial global markets and being part of a growing organisation.
