Job Description:
- Identify and approach potential clients in the construction, infrastructure, and municipal sectors to promote RAR Holding’s road marking paints and related products.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, providing technical product guidance, quotations, and after-sales support.
- Achieve sales targets through proactive territory management, presentations, and regular client follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, procurement, technical) to ensure timely delivery, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

About the Client:
A pioneering petrochemical manufacturer and trader of paints, coatings, resins, adhesives, and construction chemicals with factories and operations spanning the Middle East, Africa, and Europe.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial paints, construction materials, or related sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Basic technical knowledge of road marking paints, application methods, and industry standards is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license; willingness to travel to client sites across UAE and neighbouring regions.
