The Head of Reservations and Sports Training Programs will oversee the reservations process and the coordination of sports training sessions. Responsibilities include managing schedules, providing excellent customer service, liaising with clients, overseeing staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of sports training programs and events. The role also involves developing strategic initiatives to improve client satisfaction and optimize booking systems to enhance efficiency. Qualifications Strong Communication and Coaching skills to effectively lead staff and interact with clients Expertise in Strategic Planning and Sports Management for developing and executing effective programs Proficiency in Marketing to promote sports programs and drive client engagement Strong organizational and time management skills Experience in the sports and recreation industry is highly desirable Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
