A Snapshot of your day
Engage in challenging on-site technical work specializing in Field Service for Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, or Generators. Your day includes hands-on tasks such as mechanical assembly, disassembly, and turbine tile replacement with attention to detail and expertise.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Perform assembly and disassembly of turbine frames (2000E and 4000F) and turbine casings/components.
- Operate hydraulic tightening equipment (e.g., Hytorc/ITH) with precision.
- Confidently manage lifting, rigging, and follow technical instructions/drawings.
- Ensure safety compliance, including confined space and working at height training, and maintain Foreign Material Exclusion (FME) practices.
- Complete detailed documentation of installations, inspections, maintenance, repairs, and equipment failures.
- Assess equipment condition and apply corrective or improvement measures based on standard protocols.
Skills
What You Bring
- At least 5 years of Field Service experience, including 1-2 years maintaining prime movers in power stations.
- Experience with 4000F and 2000E turbine tiling is a strong advantage.
- Background in Field Service or breakdown maintenance is beneficial.
- Over 2 years of experience leading small teams (up to 5 people).
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) with experience in multicultural teams.
- Knowledge of German is an advantage.
