We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Services Associate to join our dynamic team at a leading medical insurance broker in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support throughout their insurance journey. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with their inquiries, facilitate communication between clients and insurance providers, and ensure that all client needs are met promptly and effectively. You will play a crucial role in maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to the overall success of our organization.


Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the primary liaison between clients and insurance providers, addressing queries and providing comprehensive information about various insurance products.
  2. Assist clients with the completion of insurance applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
  3. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction with services rendered and to address any ongoing concerns.
  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, insurance policies, and regulatory changes to provide clients with accurate advice and recommendations.
  5. Prepare and present reports on client feedback and service performance to management, suggesting improvements where necessary.
  6. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
  7. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and client service skills.
  8. Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of services.
  9. Assist in developing marketing materials and client communication strategies to enhance client engagement.
  10. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.

  6. Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role, preferably within the insurance industry.
  7. Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  8. Strong organizational skills, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of client inquiries.
  9. Willingness to learn and grow within the organization, taking initiative to improve personal and team performance.
  10. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
