Are you a strategic leader with a proven track record in real estate sales? Do you have the ability to build, train, and guide high-performing teams? We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Director to join our organization and drive revenue growth in the competitive Abu Dhabi property market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and performance KPIs
- Manage day-to-day operations of the sales department
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
- Establish strong relationships with developers, investors, and key stakeholders
- Provide training, coaching, and regular performance reviews to team members
- Drive lead generation and conversion metrics across all channels
Skills
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in UAE real estate sales
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven results in closing high-value property deals
- Ability to build and manage a sales team
- Deep knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market (preferred)
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
