Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to real estate agents and management
- Manage phone calls, emails, inquiries, and client communications
- Schedule appointments, property showings, and meetings
- Prepare and organize documents, contracts, and listings
- Maintain and update CRM systems, databases, and filing systems
- Assist with marketing tasks such as posting listings and preparing materials
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, lenders, and inspectors
- Ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently
