Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to real estate agents and management
  • Manage phone calls, emails, inquiries, and client communications
  • Schedule appointments, property showings, and meetings
  • Prepare and organize documents, contracts, and listings
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, databases, and filing systems
  • Assist with marketing tasks such as posting listings and preparing materials
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, lenders, and inspectors
  • Ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently
