We are looking for a high-performing Outdoor Sales Professional to represent our solid furniture brand across the UAE. The ideal candidate must be confident, target-driven, and able to deliver results under pressure.

Requirements:

• Arabic speaker with fluent English
• Own car is a MUST (valid UAE driving licence)
• Proven outdoor sales experience with strong closing skills
• Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Strong client-relationship skills and follow-up discipline
• Professional appearance and sales etiquette
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple leads at once
• Strong understanding of UAE market, especially Dubai/Sharjah/Ajman
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently

Role Responsibilities:

• Represent and promote our solid furniture brand to clients
• Conduct outdoor visits, meet potential customers, and close deals
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
• Build, maintain, and grow client accounts
• Prepare reports on leads, conversions, and performance
