Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end operational support to patients, including insurance, appointments, invoicing, and general customer service.
- Ensure accurate flow of medical information and patient data between physicians, patients, and third-party payers using medical coding protocols.
- Act as a liaison for insurance claims, billing, and payment parties.
- Organize and manage patient records and clinic paperwork.
- Deliver high-level customer service, guiding patients and supporting clinic operations.
- Handle cash, credit, and insurance payments, reconcile transactions, and maintain financial records.
- Support a safe and welcoming clinic environment, participating in safety and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best patient care at all times.

Who You Are:
- UAE National with a graduate degree (any stream) and relevant qualifications.
- DHA license or eligibility.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in insurance, cash handling, customer service, or invoicing.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Excellent computer literacy and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of medical insurance coding, invoicing, cash handling, and customer relations.
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
