【Job Responsibilities】
- Coordinate with the local Arabic game customer support team; collect, filter, and analyze player suggestions, bug reports, complaints, and cheating-related issues, and report findings to the corresponding departments at the headquarters.
- Assist the business lead with operational support tasks, including liaising with the HQ operations and development teams, improving local CS processes, supporting CS platform optimization, enhancing risk control, and developing player engagement plans for the Arabic market.
- Support the business lead in training-related tasks for the local Arabic CS team, including creating and executing training plans.
Salary: 7,000–10,000 AED
Working Days: Sunday–Thursday
Working Hours: 9:00–18:00
