About the Role:

We are looking for a driven and performance-focused Sales Manager to manage the sales pipeline and support business growth. This role is centered around lead management, client acquisition, and handling the full pre-sales and post-sales cycle.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in sales or business development and be able to consistently meet sales targets and KPIs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales pipeline, including prospecting, qualification, follow-up, and deal closure.
  • Work toward monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the line manager.
  • Conduct 5–7 client meetings per week, including both virtual and onsite meetings, as part of mandatory KPIs.
  • Execute structured sales strategies to expand the client base and strengthen market presence.
  • Conduct cold-calling and targeted outreach to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Handle pre-sales tasks such as coordinating demos, gathering requirements, and preparing proposals.
  • Manage post-sales follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and seamless coordination with internal teams.
  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate CRM entries, track activities, and ensure transparent reporting and forecasting.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to enhance sales approaches.
  • Ensure compliance with Policies, ISO procedures, SOP’s and internal sales processes, next to the documentation standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams; including Support, Operations, and Technical; to ensure high service quality.
  • Build and maintain long-term professional relationships to support client retention and account growth.


Skills

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in sales, business development, or similar roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Strong experience in cold-calling, client meetings, proposal development, and tender submissions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Zoho is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and in teams with strong ownership and accountability.
