Job Title: Sales Manager (Arabic Speaker)

About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and performance-focused Sales Manager to manage the sales pipeline and support business growth. This role is centered around lead management, client acquisition, and handling the full pre-sales and post-sales cycle.
The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in sales or business development and be able to consistently meet sales targets and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales pipeline, including prospecting, qualification, follow-up, and deal closure.
- Work toward monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the line manager.
- Conduct 5–7 client meetings per week, including both virtual and onsite meetings, as part of mandatory KPIs.
- Execute structured sales strategies to expand the client base and strengthen market presence.
- Conduct cold-calling and targeted outreach to generate qualified opportunities.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Handle pre-sales tasks such as coordinating demos, gathering requirements, and preparing proposals.
- Manage post-sales follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and seamless coordination with internal teams.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate CRM entries, track activities, and ensure transparent reporting and forecasting.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to enhance sales approaches.
- Ensure compliance with Policies, ISO procedures, SOP’s and internal sales processes, next to the documentation standards.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams; including Support, Operations, and Technical; to ensure high service quality.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships to support client retention and account growth.
Skills
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in sales, business development, or similar roles.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Strong experience in cold-calling, client meetings, proposal development, and tender submissions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Zoho is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and in teams with strong ownership and accountability.
