We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to drive sales of automotive lead‑acid batteries across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in the automotive aftermarket or battery industry, particularly in selling to garages, workshops, and spare parts retailers, while also coordinating delivery and logistics.


Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand sales of automotive lead‑acid batteries across UAE territories.

• Identify and target new customers including garages, workshops, and resellers.

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular visits and follow‑ups.

• Plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns, promotions, and pricing strategies.

• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies.

• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and collection updates for management.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Skills

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the UAE automotive industry (preferably batteries, lubricants, or spare parts).

• Strong network of contacts within UAE garages, distributors, and auto service centers.

• Valid UAE driving license with familiarity of UAE road routes and regional sales zones.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

• Ability to coordinate logistics and manage product deliveries efficiently.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
