Position Overview

You will play a critical role in identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring an outstanding sales experience. You will manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals and nurturing long-term client relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and qualify new sales opportunities through outreach and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs
  • Present product/service features and benefits clearly and professionally
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and presentations
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize the customer journey
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a consultative sales approach
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms and digital sales tools
  • High level of professionalism and customer-service orientation
