Operation Manager

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, improve workflow efficiency, manage teams, and ensure high service quality. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and a proven background in operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

Develop and implement SOPs, policies, and process improvements.

Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to achieve company targets.

Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Finance, Procurement, Sales, Admin).

Team Leadership

Supervise operational staff and ensure productivity standards are met.

Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.

Resolve staff conflicts and support the HR team in hiring needs.
