Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Customer Acquisition
- Follow established strategies to maximize revenue for pumps and wastewater equipment.
- Identify and approach potential customers (contractors, industrial plants, municipalities, construction companies).
- Conduct cold calls, site visits, product presentations, and client meetings to generate and convert leads.
- Assisting the proposal team in preparing and submitting the price quotation, follow up with clients, and negotiate within company guidelines.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Provide after-sales support and coordinate with the technical team when necessary.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
- Keep clients informed about new products, promotions, and relevant technical updates.
3. Business Development
- Explore new business opportunities across the GCC and industrial sectors.
- Identify potential partnerships, channels, and project opportunities.
- Provide feedback to management regarding market needs, pricing structures, and product positioning.
4. Marketing Activities
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns targeting industrial and B2B customers.
- Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and online content.
- Manage the company’s digital platforms, including social media, website updates, and newsletters.
- Conduct lead-generation activities through digital marketing (SEO, email campaigns, online ads).
- Coordinate and participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company’s products.
5. Reporting & Improvement
- Track and report sales performance, and marketing results.
- Provide regular feedback and insights to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, pump technologies, and competitor activities.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial / Chemical), OR relevant experience in industrial sales.
- Experience in technical or industrial sales — pumps/wastewater equipment preferred.
- Basic technical understanding of pump products and applications.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Excellent English; Arabic is an advantage.
- UAE driving license and willingness to travel.
