As the business continues to scale, we are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the full HR function for our UAE and regional operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute HR strategy aligned with COMPANY’s business growth and multicultural workforce
Manage end-to-end recruitment across commercial, operations, and support functions Implement and manage performance management, appraisal, and goal-setting frameworks
Oversee compensation & benefits, payroll coordination, and annual salary reviews
Drive employee engagement, culture, and retention initiatives Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution
Ensure full compliance with UAE labour law, visas, WPS, and HR policies Manage HR systems, documentation, reporting, and HR metrics
Skills
Requirements 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR Manager or senior HR role
Proven experience in distribution, retail, FMCG, or similar fast-paced environments
Strong working knowledge of UAE labour law and HR compliance
Hands-on experience with recruitment, payroll coordination, performance management, and employee relations
HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) preferred Strong interpersonal, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
