Located in Bengaluru, we are dedicated to transforming ordinary offices into extraordinary places to work.Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Joinery Estimator for a full-time, on-site position located in Sharjah The Joinery Estimator will assess project requirements, analyze blueprints and technical drawings, and prepare cost estimates for bespoke joinery projects. Responsibilities include preparing quotations, sourcing materials, liaising with suppliers, collaborating with the design and production teams, and ensuring project proposals align with client requirements and budgets.Qualifications Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and architectural plans. Strong skills in construction estimation, costing, and budget preparation for joinery or related projects. Experience in material sourcing, negotiations with suppliers, and understanding of industry pricing trends. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for coordinating with internal teams and clients. Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Auto CAD, Microsoft Excel, and estimation software. Understanding of joinery manufacturing processes, techniques, and materials is advantageous. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
