This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist, located in Sharjah. The Receptionist will manage day-to-day front desk operations, such as greeting and assisting visitors, handling incoming calls, and ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Additional responsibilities include managing appointments, maintaining records, and supporting administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations
Skills
Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication skills
Proficiency in performing Receptionist Duties, including welcoming visitors
Strong Clerical Skills, such as maintaining records and managing office supplies
Experience in providing professional and courteous Customer Service
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with office equipment and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or customer service are an advantage
