We are looking for motivated Appointment Setting Specialists to join our dynamic sales team specialized in the professional training sector.

Having a Valid Emirates ID and being Fluent French are mandatory

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage qualified inbound leads (no cold calling)
  • Qualify prospects' needs via phone and our digital tools
  • Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team
  • Ensure rigorous follow-up through our CRM
  • Manage your own portfolio of contacts with regular follow-up
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize collective performance

Desired Profile:

  • Valid Emirates ID mandatory
  • Fluent French mandatory
  • Comfortable with phone communication and motivated to perform
  • Experience with a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus
  • Autonomy, organizational skills, and initiative
  • Experience in call centers, telemarketing, or sales is a plus, but not required
  • Willingness to learn and fully commit

Employment Terms:

  • Status: Permanent Contract (CDI) with 3-month probation period renewable once
  • Start date: immediate
  • Attractive compensation:
  • Fixed monthly salary: 3,500 AED
  • Commissions up to: 6,000 AED/month
  • Total possible package: 9,500 AED/month
  • Transportation covered
  • Location: Ras Al Khaimah

Technical Skills:

  • Ability to use video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet)


Organizational Skills:

  • Time management and task prioritization
  • Rigor in follow-up and note-taking
  • Ability to handle high daily call volume
  • Adherence to processes and deadlines

  • Excellent active listening and empathy
  • Ability to quickly build trust and rapport
  • Comfort in asking the right questions for effective qualification
  • Diplomatic objection handling
