Position: Orthopedic Surgeon

Employment Type: Full-Time (Split/Straight Duty as per requirement)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Orthopedic Surgeon to join our medical team. The ideal candidate must have experience working in Dubai, strong insurance knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions, including bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, and muscles.
• Perform orthopedic consultations, follow-up assessments, and procedures as required.
• Review and evaluate patient medical histories, diagnostic images, and reports.
• Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans aligned with best practices.
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, radiologists, and other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Experience: Prior clinical experience in Dubai with strong understanding of medical insurance processes.
• License: DHA eligibility/license preferred (or ability to obtain).
• Language Skills: Proficient in Hindi; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Personal Attributes: Good attitude, professionalism, and commitment to quality patient care.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Fixed AED 20,000 + Incentives OR 30% revenue share (whichever is higher).
• Expected Take-Home: Approx. AED 30,000–35,000 in the first month; may increase based on performance and patient load.
• Workload: Approximately 35–40 patients per day.
• Working Days: 6 days a week with 1 weekly off.
