We are seeking an SAP Consultant with solid SD/MM and S/4HANA Public Cloud experience for one of the biggest projects in the MEA region. You will play a crucial role in end to end implementation, day‑to‑day support operations, issue resolution, user enablement, and continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities Work closely with implementation partner and make sure right solutions are provided1st/2nd line support: log, triage, resolve user issues (Fiori, access, roles) Use ticketing tools (JIRA / Service Now) to manage incidents & service requests Coordinate SAP patches, upgrades; validate release compatibility Handle role/authorization tasks; remediate audit / security findings Assist in small config & enhancement requests Deliver user trainings, quick guides, documentation Monitor system health (SAP Cloud ALM or equivalent) Participate in testing, root cause analysis, and escalate appropriately
Requirements3‑5 years SAP with SD / MM end to end project experience — SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is mandatory Proficiency with Fiori, roles & authorizations, core Sales and Distribution (SD) or Material Management (MM) module Familiarity with Grow with SAPExperience with ticketing systems (JIRA / Service Now) Strong communicator; skilled in training users Exposure to multi‑country / global support is a plus Knowledge of SAP BTP / extensibility or Enable Now (advantageous)
