Roles & Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Working closely with the tailoring and production team
- Coordinating with designers and teams based in India
- Creating technical packs (tech packs) for garments
- Checking, maintaining, and updating the stock register
- Monitoring and verifying fabric, trims, and finished goods stock
- Supporting sampling, fittings, and production coordination
- Ensuring design and production processes align with company standards
- Being available in the physical store of the company managing customers and being able to communicate about the sustainable stand of the company to customers.
- Maintain daily sales and stock related information and also be able to understand customer needs to create designs that are everyday wear according to UAe market
- In depth Involvement in sustainable activities and fabric collection , recycling and workshops in the local market.
Terms of Employment
- This employment is governed by UAE Labour Law
- Detailed terms will be outlined in the official employment contract
Probationary Period
- The employment shall be subject to a six (6) months probationary period from the date of joining.
- During the probation period, performance, conduct, and suitability for the role will be reviewed.
- Confirmation of employment will be provided upon successful completion of the probationary period, in accordance with company policy and UAE Labour Law.

- Return air ticket to country of origin once every two (2) years, as per company policy
