Key Responsibilities:

·       Advise clients on suitable flower combinations.

·       Provide specialized design and floral expertise to plan, design, and create arrangements for all events.

·       Ensure all floral arrangements remain within the allocated budget.

·       Create visually appealing and high-quality flower arrangements.

·       Provide flower suggestions based on specific occasions

·       Carefully arrange attractive bouquets for customer purchase.

·       Package clients’ flowers securely to prevent damage.

·       Instruct clients on proper transportation and flower care.

·       Stay updated on current design trends, floral techniques, props, and related products.

·       Assist with e-commerce activities and respond to client queries.

·       Maintain photos of all floral arrangements for use as samples or catalogues.

·       Check flower inventory and monitor the wastage sheet.

·       Support the Customer Service team when needed.

·       Visit retail shops to ensure operations are carried out appropriately and cost-effectively.

·       Provide daily updates to the direct supervisor/manager regarding challenges or concerns.

Skills

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Florist in the UAE.
• Certification or formal training in Floral Design or related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of floral design, arrangements, and bouquets.
• Ability to work with fresh and artificial flowers.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and creativity in floral styling.
