Job Title: Head-Affiliate Marketing Department: Marketing Industry: Trading Location: Dubai Reports To: CEOJob Summary We are seeking an experienced Lead of Affiliate Marketing to build, scale, and manage our affiliate marketing program within the trading industry. The ideal candidate will have deep experience working with affiliates in forex, stocks, crypto, commodities, or derivatives trading, along with a strong understanding of performance marketing, compliance, and partner management. This role will be responsible for driving high-quality user acquisition, increasing trading volumes, managing affiliate relationships, and ensuring all affiliate activities align with regulatory and brand guidelines.Key Responsibilities Affiliate Strategy & Growth Design and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy aligned with company growth and revenue goals. Build, scale, and optimize affiliate programs across global markets. Identify new affiliate opportunities including influencers, IBs (Introducing Brokers), media buyers, content creators, and comparison portals. Drive acquisition of high-LTV traders while maintaining CPA and ROI targets. Affiliate Partner Management Recruit, onboard, and manage a diverse portfolio of affiliates within the trading ecosystem. Maintain strong relationships with top-performing affiliates and strategic partners. Negotiate commercial terms including CPA, revenue share, hybrid models, and volume-based incentives. Monitor affiliate performance and provide optimization guidance to maximize results. Performance Tracking & Optimization Track and analyze affiliate performance metrics such as CPA, conversion rates, retention, ARPU, and trading volume. Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, funnels, and traffic sources. Work closely with analytics and product teams to improve conversion and retention of affiliate-driven users. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure all affiliate activities comply with financial regulations, advertising standards, and internal compliance policies. Monitor affiliate content and traffic sources to prevent fraud, misrepresentation, or brand misuse. Coordinate with compliance and legal teams on regional regulatory requirements. Leadership & Collaboration Build, lead, and mentor the affiliate marketing team. Collaborate with brand, performance marketing, CRM, product, and compliance teams. Provide regular performance reports and strategic insights to senior leadership.Required Skills & Qualifications5+ years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role or team management role Proven experience in the trading / brokerage / fintech industry (forex, equities, crypto, CFDs, etc.). Strong understanding of affiliate models (CPA, CPL, revenue share, hybrid). Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms and tracking tools (e.g., Impact, Everflow, Has Offers, Tune, custom tracking systems). Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting complex performance data. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Experience managing global affiliates across multiple geographies.Preferred Qualifications Existing network of affiliates, IBs, and partners within the trading industry. Experience working in regulated financial environments. Knowledge of paid media, SEO, and influencer marketing as it relates to affiliate traffic.
