Role Description The Holidays Sales Consultant will engage directly with clients to offer personalized travel solutions, recommending travel packages that match their preferences and budgets. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing top-tier customer service, managing inquiries related to holiday packages, following up on leads, and maintaining effective communication with clients to ensure satisfaction. The role also involves consulting to provide expert travel advice and insights while coordinating with suppliers to meet client needs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. Qualifications Proficiency in Sales Consulting with a demonstrated ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions. Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure exceptional client experiences. Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and partners. Experience in Consulting to provide expert travel advice and recommend comprehensive holiday options. Flexibility in working hours and a proactive attitude. Familiarity with the travel and tourism industry is an advantage. Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
