Kinetic is working with a leading Chemical Manufacturing company who are hiring a Sales Manager to be based in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
  • This is an individual contributor role responsible for achieving growth and hitting sales targets by consistently converting leads into accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Provide customer information, leads, and opportunities with relevant internal stakeholders to strengthen company’s understanding, innovations, and response.
  • Present market feedback, and sales/development reports to the management team.
  • Identify and target potential customers in alignment with the company's growth strategy.


Skills

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Only Candidates currently based in the UAE will be considered.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Food Science or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience in flavours or aromatic ingredients.
  • Must have B2B experience with chemicals used within the F&B industry.
  • Experience with protein and enzymes is essential.
  • Strong network and customer base within the UAE.
  • Willingness to travel (approximately 30-40%)
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic preferred.
