* Provide technical support for staff (hardware & software issues).
* Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and office devices.
* Manage email accounts, user access, and basic system security.
* Troubleshoot network, internet, and connectivity issues.
* Coordinate with external IT vendors when required.
* Ensure data backup and basic cybersecurity practices.
Skills
* Proven experience in IT Support or similar role.
* Good knowledge of Windows & macOS operating systems.
* Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers).
* Familiarity with email systems (Google Workspace / Microsoft 365).
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
* Good communication skills.
