We’re hiring – Menu Developer (Ready-To-Eat) | Dubai La FONDA is expanding in Dubai and we’re looking for a Menu Developer / Food Concept Consultant to build a full Ready-To-Eat menu based on our existing premium halal product range. A strong understanding of La Fonda’s identity and the ability to adapt it to the Dubai market is essential. Mission (3 months – freelance) • Build the complete RTE menu (all categories) • Adapt formats and flavours to the Dubai delivery market • Create recipe sheets, costing & packaging guidelines • Develop production workflows for our Al Quoz facility • Weekly reporting to Casablanca HQProfile • Experience in Ready Meals / Dark Kitchen / Deli • Knowledge of the UAE F&B market • Structured, business-oriented, operational Location : Dubai (Hybrid) Duration: 3 months To apply: [اضغط هنا لمشاهدة البريد اﻹلكتروني]
