Job Summary

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of structures to ensure they meet safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and analyze structural components for buildings and other infrastructure projects.

Prepare technical drawings, reports, and calculations.

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure structural integrity.

Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and compliance.

Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and safety regulations.

Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools.

Skills

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in civil or Structural Engineering.

3 years of experience in structural design and analysis.

Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000).

Strong knowledge of building codes and construction materials.

Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.

Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering from a recognized university.

Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer (CEng) certification.

Experience in seismic design and retrofitting.
