Position Title: Program Manager

Experience: more than 7 Years

Location: Dubai, U.A.E.

Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer


Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers. The contact level within customer accounts will be from CEO level through to Marketing and IT executives.

• Work with customer organizations closely to ensure implementation of projects, maintenance of technical integrations and components and the deriving of success from the solution.

• Work with cross-functional and cross-regional team members and take full ownership of above mentioned operations.

• Key Performance Indicators would be a

• successful run of proof-of-concepts/pilots to win contracts

• Time to delivery and revenue from won contracts

• Success parameters like Retention Rate and ROAS as defined mutually with customers.


Skills and qualifications:

• 7 years plus experience working in a CRM/data analysis/marketing solutions company managing customer success, account management, project management or as relevant to the position.

• Experience in the retail domain and in the Middle East will be a bonus.

• Ability to understand client requirements (both on technical aspects and on expectations from marketing teams) and to communicate clearly with different relevant internal teams.

• Well organized, self-starter, self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Ability to produce reports and presentations to explain insights and results

• Excellent personal presentation and communication skills

• An engineering graduate

  • Hands-on experience in Project Implementation and end-to-end execution

  • Expertise in Project Management methodologies and best practices
