We are a rapidly growing company seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our finance team. This critical role requires fluency in both English and Chinese to manage cross-border financial transactions and communicate effectively with our global stakeholders.

???? Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger entries.
  • Perform timely bank and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and budgets in accordance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS/GAAP).
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Process payroll, manage employee expense reports, and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with Chinese-speaking partners, vendors, and internal teams regarding financial inquiries.
  • Support external audits and tax preparations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency and control.

Skills

???? Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Experience (MANDATORY): Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in an accounting or finance role.
  • Language Skills (MANDATORY): Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese (must be able to handle technical financial discussions in both languages).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) is a significant advantage.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
  • Skills: High level of accuracy, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent organizational skills.
