Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Business Partner specializing in the construction field, located in Dubai. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for implementing and managing HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management processes. Other duties include providing strategic HR guidance to management and employees, resolving workplace issues, and ensuring that HR practices align with both organizational goals and workforce needs.
Qualifications
Comprehensive knowledge of HR Policies and general Human Resources (HR) practices Experience in Employee Relations and handling workplace conflict resolution Understanding and application of Labor and Employment Law Expertise in Performance Management processes and strategies Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially in the construction industry Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in the construction or similar industry is a plus
