B2B Sales Manager (Events & MICE)


We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Manager to join our growing International Events and MICE Business in Dubai.


Our company operates between Dubai (UAE) and Georgia, delivering high-end corporate events, MICE programs, conferences, and incentive travel experiences for international companies.


This role is fully focused on B2B clients only — corporate companies, HR departments, agencies, and decision-makers.

???? Key Responsibilities


  • Actively generate and close B2B sales for corporate events, conferences, and MICE programs
  • Develop relationships with corporate clients, HR teams, and business partners in the UAE
  • Promote Georgia as a premium destination for corporate events and incentive travel
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral channels
  • Manage client communication from first contact to deal closing
  • Coordinate closely with the operations and event teams in Georgia
  • Maintain CRM and sales pipeline reporting


Compensation & Benefits


  • Fixed salary: 10,000 – 12,000 AED (net)

Skills

???? Requirements


  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience (events, tourism, hospitality, or services preferred)
  • Strong understanding of corporate clients and decision-making processes
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and confident in outbound sales
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
