Job Purpose

The Content Creator & Graphic Designer will be responsible for producing visually compelling and engaging digital content that strengthens brand presence across multiple platforms. This role combines hands-on photography, videography, video editing, and graphic design to create high-impact short-form and long-form content aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute photography and videography projects, ensuring brand consistency and effective coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners when required.
• Develop creative storyboards and scripts for short brand videos, explainers, and promotional content.
• Edit short videos and repurpose content into multiple formats suitable for various digital platforms.
• Design static and motion graphics for social media channels including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Produce engaging short-form content such as reels, GIFs, animations, and platform-specific visuals to enhance online visibility and audience engagement.
• Ensure all creative assets align with brand identity, visual guidelines, and communication standards.
• Stay updated on content trends, tools, and best practices in digital media and social platforms.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Film, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in content creation, graphic design, videography, or a similar creative role.
• Proven hands-on experience with photography, videography, video editing, and motion graphics.
• Strong working knowledge of design and editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar).
• Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing platforms.
• Creative storytelling and visual design skills
• Strong video editing and motion graphics capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Attention to detail and strong aesthetic sense
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
