Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Food Chef in Arabic and Mediterranean dishes, to prepare daily meals and manage occasional buffet services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare fresh meals on a daily basis for 6 people
- Plan and execute buffet-style meals for up to 20 people once per week
- Prepare a variety of Arabic and Mediterranean dishes
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation
- Coordinate with and supervise an assistant cook, who will be provided
Skills
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a chef or cook
- Strong experience in Arabic and Mediterranean cuisine
- Ability to manage both daily meals and buffet preparation
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Good time management and teamwork skills
