Real Estate Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and organized Real Estate Assistant to support daily real estate operations. The ideal candidate will assist agents with administrative tasks, client coordination, and property documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist real estate agents with administrative and clerical duties.

Prepare and organize property listings, contracts, and related documents.

Coordinate with clients, landlords, and tenants for appointments and viewings.

Handle phone calls, emails, and follow-ups professionally.

Maintain accurate records of properties, clients, and transactions.

Update property databases and CRM systems.

Assist with marketing materials, listings, and online postings.

Support daily office operations as required.

Requirements:

Previous experience in real estate or administrative roles is an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM/property software is a plus.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Attention to detail and professional attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
