Al Albani Archaeological Library is seeking a skilled and reliable IT Technician to support and maintain its IT equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining PCs, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware used across the library.
This role is hands-on and requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
Skills
- Proven experience as an IT Technician, IT Support Technician, or similar role
- Excellent PC troubleshooting and repair skills
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals, and basic networking
- Experience repairing and maintaining printers and scanners
- A+ certification or other IT hardware certification is preferred
- Practical hands-on IT hardware experience is essential
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical issues
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
