Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Officer to join our construction team. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and enforcing health, safety, and environmental standards across project sites to ensure a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and site safety plans
- Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments
- Organize and deliver toolbox talks and safety training for site staff and workers
- Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and project HSE requirements
- Prepare and review Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RA/MS)
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare reports
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and management on safety matters
- Maintain proper HSE documentation, records, and reports
- Stop unsafe work practices and take corrective actions when required
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HSE Officer in construction projects
- NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA certification is preferred
- Good knowledge of construction site safety standards and UAE regulations
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently on site

- UAE construction experience
