Role Overview
- Senior revenue-driving role within Women Choice
- Full ownership of converting strategic opportunities into closed and scalable revenue
- Leadership responsibility over the Sales team and commercial execution
- Acts as the operational and commercial bridge between the Head of Revenue and the Sales organization
- Works in close coordination with program teams, including STEAMS, to deliver high-quality, tailored proposals
- Strong emphasis on closing, team performance, and disciplined execution within a structured commercial engine
Reporting Line
- Reports directly to the Head of Revenue
- Manages the Sales team on a day-to-day basis
- Works closely with Sales Operations, Delivery, Strategy, and Program teams
- Ensures alignment between revenue strategy, program design, and field execution
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise and institutional opportunities
- Lead complex commercial discussions with senior decision-makers including C-level, HR, ESG, and public sector stakeholders
- Drive strategic deals from proposal stage through contract signature
- Manage, coach, and performance-track the Sales team to ensure target achievement
- Act as the primary point of coordination between the Head of Revenue and the Sales team
- Translate revenue strategy into clear priorities, actions, and execution on the ground
- Coordinate closely with the STEAMS program team to structure, refine, and validate commercial proposals
- Ensure proposals accurately reflect program scope, impact objectives, delivery timelines, and pricing
- Structure commercial offers aligned with Women Choice positioning, margin objectives, and impact commitments
- Maintain exemplary CRM discipline across the team including pipeline management, forecasting, and next steps
- Ensure consistent, high-quality reporting on pipeline, performance, and forecasts
- Guarantee a seamless, high-quality handover to delivery and program teams once deals are closed
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion opportunities across existing accounts
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of commercial processes, sales playbooks, and performance standards
Skills
Commercial Tools, CRM and Reporting Excellence
- Advanced, hands-on mastery of CRM systems, on HubSpot or Salesforce
- Ability to set, enforce, and monitor CRM usage standards across the Sales team
- Strong focus on data accuracy, pipeline quality, and forecast reliability
- Ownership of weekly and monthly commercial reporting for leadership
- Proven discipline in opportunity management, deal stages, and performance tracking
- Clear understanding that CRM and reporting are core growth and decision-making tools

- Revenue closed versus assigned targets at individual and team level

Profile and Experience
- 6 to 10 years of experience in B2B enterprise or institutional sales
- Prior experience managing and scaling Sales teams
- Proven track record closing high-value, six-figure deals
- Experience managing long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Strong negotiation skills, commercial judgment, and executive-level communication
- Demonstrated experience operating within CRM-led, process-driven sales organizations
