Job description Job Purpose:Work independently to ensure assigned outlets are stocked optimally with products and shelves are displayed creatively to attract instant and easy customer attention. It also includes efficient managing inventory, leveraging people skills to influence the buying process and smooth coordination of payment collection process. Role and Responsibilities Stock shelves optimally for assigned retail outlets and display products creatively to attract instant & easy attention of customers. Monitor and track inventory levels, generate & submit reports, share updates related to shortages and provide solutions to overcome challenges. Build relationships to regularly track & obtain periodic and seasonal warehouse inventory & forecasting plan of assigned retail outlets. Proactively clean up unwanted items to avoid violations and maintain in-store decorum. Make recommendations for promotional strategies using sales & pricing data. Analyze sales figures, market trends & customer behavior to determine product needs. Diligently gather and share information, market trends & data regarding customers reaction to products. Identify and suggest ways to reduce losses or stock wastage. Take orders, prepare LPO’s & ensuring its timely delivery. Prepare and follow market visit schedule as agreed with Manager. Undertake and work efficiently on tasks and projects as assigned by the Manager. Education, Experience and Skills Minimum High School Diploma. Relevant UAE experience in a result orientated FMCG industry, specifically in the retail sector of modern trade. A valid UAE light vehicle driving license. Exposure and understanding of the latest merchandising trends and best practices. Problem solving skills and an ability to work & excel independently under pressure
