Position: Arabic Native Executive Assistant (Female)
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Arabic Native Executive Assistant (Female) to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior management. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full executive support including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Serve as a liaison between senior management and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare, review, and translate correspondence, reports, and presentations in Arabic and English
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Support office administration and assist with ad-hoc executive tasks
- Manage emails, calls, and official communications professionally
Requirements:
- Female candidate only
- Native Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- Experience supporting C-level or senior management
- Familiarity with UAE or GCC business environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
