The Supply Chain Coordinator will serve as a critical operational hub (SPOC) responsible for managing the complete end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations.
This role encompasses procurement coordination, customer order management, supplier relationship management, regulatory compliance, and inventory optimization.
Ensure seamless coordination across multiple internal departments and external stakeholders to maintain efficient product flow from sourcing through customer delivery.
Tactical
- Collaborate with Procurement to establish and maintain product codes.
- Participate in gathering product details and ensure accurate documentation of all SKUs.
- Serve as liaison between procurement and other departments to maintain product information accuracy.
Operational (Core)
- Manage incoming orders from domestic, inter-company, and export customers.
- Validate and process customer orders ensuring accuracy in details, quantities, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with suppliers to place purchase orders, negotiate delivery schedules, and track order status.
- Arrange and monitor logistics, including transportation and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare all shipment documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates, technical sheets) and coordinate with customs brokers.
Operational (General)
- Analyze historical sales and market trends to develop demand forecasts.
- Monitor actual demand versus forecasts and adjust supply plans accordingly.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and recommend procurement adjustments for slow-moving or obsolete stock.
- Oversee order-to-cash cycle, promotional planning, and coordination.
- Communicate promotional schedules to procurement and warehouse teams.
- Maintain strong coordination with warehouse operations and monitor performance metrics.
People Management
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
- Support the Supply Chain Manager in implementing operational strategies.
Skills
· Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
· Excellent written and verbal communication in English
· Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and detail-oriented
· Knowledge of export/import documentation, customs procedures, and regulatory compliance
· Ability to prepare reports, maintain data, and manage databases.
Education and Certification & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
2-3 years in supply chain coordination or related logistics functions
