Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Support Specialist located in Dubai. The responsibilities include providing technical support to customers by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring timely resolutions. The role involves maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by handling support requests effectively and identifying recurring technical issues to report for further resolution. Additionally, candidates will assist with system diagnostics and customer guidance during product setup or troubleshooting.
Qualifications Proficiency in Technical Support, including addressing and resolving hardware and software issues Strong Analytical Skills to assess, diagnose, and resolve technical problems efficiently Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction expertise to build trust and ensure a positive user experience Troubleshooting skills for identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in Dubai Professional experience in IT support or a related field is an asset Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
