???? Your Responsibilities:

– Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads

– Identify client needs and offer tailored property solutions

– Conduct property viewings, handle negotiations, and close deals

– Deliver excellent client service and build long-term relationships

– Maintain accurate CRM records and follow internal workflows

???? Requirements:

– Minimum 3 year of real estate sales experience (Dubai market preferred)

– Knowledge of off-plan projects is a plus

– Excellent communication skills in English (other languages a bonus)

– Goal-driven, proactive, and self-motivated

– Strong client focus and ability to work independently
