Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide direct nursing care to patients, including assessments, observations, and documentation of vital signs and clinical status.
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders, policies, and safety standards.
  • Assist with procedures, wound care, and post-operative care; monitor for complications and respond to changes in patient condition.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and a multidisciplinary team.
  • Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and safety practices.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
  • Ensure infection control, sanitation, and aseptic techniques are strictly followed.
  • Coordinate discharge planning and provide appropriate follow-up instructions and referrals.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, patient safety programs, and clinical rounds.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, ethical conduct, and adherence to regulatory and institutional policies.

 

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited university.
  • Current registration or eligibility to practice as a Registered Nurse in the UAE.
  • Internship-level experience or recent nursing graduate with clinical rotation exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing principles, pharmacology, and essential patient care procedures.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Fluency in English & Hindi; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
