We are looking for a skilled Draftsman with strong experience in Fitout, Joinery, and Construction works to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring drawings comply with project specifications and UAE standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
- Prepare detailed shop drawings, working drawings, and as-built drawings for fitout, joinery, and construction projects
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and supervisors for drawing approvals and revisions
- Develop drawings based on client requirements, BOQs, and site conditions
- Ensure drawings comply with UAE regulations, project standards, and company guidelines
- Modify drawings as per site requirements and consultant comments
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing registers
- Support site team with technical clarifications when required
Skills
- Minimum 4 years of UAE experience as a Draftsman (Fitout / Joinery / Construction)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of SketchUp / Revit is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of fitout details, joinery works, materials, and finishes
- Good understanding of construction drawings, sections, elevations, and details
- Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy
