We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities and secure contracts in the UAE construction market.
Proven experience in securing aluminum and glass construction contracts in the UAE is mandatory.
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in business development or sales within the aluminum, glass, or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE construction market.
• Proven track record of securing construction projects and contracts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Existing network with contractors, consultants, or developers in the UAE.
• Experience dealing with project-based sales and tenders.
• Ability to read basic drawings and understand project requirements
