We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative & Accounts Officer to handle daily administrative and basic accounting tasks for our aluminum and glass manufacturing and installation company.
Skills
- Record and manage sales and purchase invoices.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and maintain proper documentation.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable.
- Handle daily administrative office operations.
- Prepare basic financial and administrative reports.
- Manage expenses, petty cash, and salary records.
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers regarding payments.
- Support management with administrative and accounting tasks.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and Excel.
- Experience with accounting software is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- UAE experience is preferred.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in construction, aluminum, or glass companies.
