Administrative & Accounts Officer

We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative & Accounts Officer to handle daily administrative and basic accounting tasks for our aluminum and glass manufacturing and installation company.

Skills


  • Record and manage sales and purchase invoices.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and maintain proper documentation.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable.
  • Handle daily administrative office operations.
  • Prepare basic financial and administrative reports.
  • Manage expenses, petty cash, and salary records.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and customers regarding payments.
  • Support management with administrative and accounting tasks.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and Excel.
  • Experience with accounting software is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • UAE experience is preferred.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in construction, aluminum, or glass companies.
