A reputable nursery is seeking to hire an experienced Nursery Manager to work in Abu Dhabi or Al Ain, subject to the following requirements:
Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in nursery or early childhood education management
- Previous work experience in the UAE (mandatory)
- Holds a recognized qualification in Education / Early Childhood Education
- Prior management experience in nurseries within the UAE
- Age below 41 years
- Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written)
- Strong knowledge of ADEK regulations, standards, and compliance requirements
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage staff and deal professionally with parents
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily nursery operations
- Ensure full compliance with ADEK policies and standards
- Manage and support teaching and administrative staff
- Maintain high educational and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with parents and senior management
